Gimnasia Pasiva
1º.- Sentad@ el paciente con la cabeza en posición vertical, sujetar la zona laríngea con una mano, al mismo tiempo, con la otra mano, hacerle flexionar la cabeza hacia adelante, invitándole a tragar (dándole la orden: "Pepito traga").
2º.- Masaje con los dedos (los dedos de la logopeda..) a nivel de las gládulas salivares.
3º.- Masaje y deglución (masaje: los dedos de la logopeda; deglución: el niño -"Pepito traga"-) .

Gimnasia Activa
1º.- Sentado el paciente tan cerca de la mesa que su abdomen quede apoyado en su lado frontal, pedirle que trague saliva (no lo hará, de momento...).
2º.- Con la boca cerrada extenderá el cuello, imitándonos. y abrirá la boca al flexionarlo.
3º.- Mantener la boca cerrada en la extensión del cuello y hacérsela abrir en la flexión del cuello.
4º.- Mantener la boca cerrada mientras se extiende el tronco y los brazos.
5º.- Mantener la boca abierta, contando el tiempo que aguanta y luego que la cierre y trague.
6º.- Abrir la boca, mover la lengua, cerrar la boca y hacerle tragar .

-el problema del babeo nos lo podemos encontrar en parálíticos cerebrales, en afásicos, en algunos síndromes....

MY RELATIONSHIP THAT WAS RESTORED BY A SPELL CASTER.

i am his one and the only person in his heart day and night. Even in his
work place he called to hear from me almost every hours. It is fantastic
and emotional. This time around is even better than our very first date!
